Keith P. Liston
Keith practices in the area of corporate immigration and nationality law. He has a focus in employment-based temporary and permanent residence cases of foreign nationals of extraordinary ability, and also adjustments of status pertaining to these. In addition, Keith oversees the preparation and filing of PERM labor certification applications, an important step in obtaining permanent residency. In this capacity, he regularly works with the United States Department of Labor and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. He has worked with for clients in a variety of industries from around the world, successfully negotiating visa petitions to approval.
Prior to joining Hussain, Bendersky, & Liston LLC in 2006, Keith served as Chief of Staff for the Special Prosecutor investigating police brutality in Chicago. He represented this office at hearings with the Cook County Criminal Court.
